3. Damaged or Missing Items

We take appropriate care while packing your order. However, if your parcel arrives with a damaged product, missing item, or any issue with the contents, please contact our customer support as soon as possible after delivery.

To help us verify and resolve such cases, an uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory. The video should clearly show:

• The sealed package before opening

• The complete opening process

• All items received inside the package

• Any visible damage or missing item

Claims without a valid and continuous unboxing video may not be eligible for review or resolution.
